If I could give zero stars I would ~ what a miserable company. Been through 4 customer service reps since I started there as they must have all quit. No assistance with PCI compliance and OUTRAGEOUS monthly fees even when you haven’t used their service!!!!

This company is a scam

We canceled our service with Elavon in November 2021, but they did not stop charging us until July 2023. They said we canceled PCI Compliance, but not our service. Does that make sense? We have contacted them multiple times, only to be told that a supervisor would call us back and guess what, that has not happened. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you're very lucky they'll give you 1 year of processing. When they shut your account off the same day you get the email, immediately remove all funds from your bank account, and close your account. Also if you have any accounts linked to that account close those or drain thoughs also. Also report your credit card lost and get a new one with a new number. That way Elavon won't be able to rob you. They managed to steal 1000 from my account after they closed my processing before I caught it. But I did 2 refunds on them back. Absolute psychopaths. But what processing company isn't. It's no wonder they have such a low rating. Typical psychopathic processing company. Most are these day.

I was a customer of Helcim/Elavon and made the mistake of picking Elavon when they split. I noticed a huge change in my fees almost immediately by as much as 200.00 plus a month for a very small business. They nickel and dime you for everything. Needless to say I'm done with them. I suggest you go to Helcim which was excellent.

Had an account with Helcim/Elavon. They decided to split and I stuck with Helcim. Little did I know, Elavon had a separate account and were charging us $99.99 monthly under the generic description, "Merchant Fees" which I didn't catch for quite some time. When I finally found out it was Elavon over a year later, I called for a refund, was hung up on several times and was refused a refund despite never receiving a single notice by mail, email, call or text about my "contract" or bill. I had recommended Helcim/Elavon for years, but it looks like Helcim was doing the good work for customer service. This industry lives and dies by reputation and Elavon has decided to take shortcuts for quick profits at the expense of long-term gains. What they are doing is theft. Stay away.

Terrible experience as a business owner. We were only with Elavon for 14 months. We switched thinking it would be an upgrade from prior merchant service company however it was a bad move and had to switch again. Money was lost/missing. "Approved" transactions were not reaching account. Our accountant and business manager were baffled. Ultimately the problem was identified as being with Elevon card processing and it took MONTHS to get it resolved and they were non-responsive at multiple levels of the company.

La compagnie offre des services mauvais. Ils ont pris l'argent et ne m'ont jamais remboursé. Cela fait 3 mois que je cours après eux, et toujours sans remboursement. Il m'ont pris mon argent, je ne leur fais pas confiance, je travaille fort pour mon argent et jusqu'à présent toujours sans remboursement. Je vous conseille de ne pas faire affaire avec eux. Il ne respecte pas leurs paroles.
