Jessica's Help
Jessica in Support Services was able to answer my questions efficiently and effectively. She provided the information I was tasked with obtaining, and led me through accessing the profile editing I needed to do. She was clear with her instructions and waited patiently as I accessed the website, received my passcode, and found the elements I needed to edit. Kathy made my experience MUCH better
Kathy made my experience MUCH better! The DX8000 I use has shut down so many times and I've lost sales because of it! But she gave me a temporary fix and ordered me yet another machine. Although the equipment seems to be very sub par, the people are great!
