Vendors stay away! These guys will charge your customers and hold the money and not release it for months. Regardless whether you have chargebacks or not. They have an inept risk control department that makes up reasons not to payout funds. Still waiting on $11,000 I processed through them to be paid out to me. They refused to refund the customer and refuse to pay out to the vendor. Blatant thieves! I signed up with them only because they were a Costco partner. Even shelled out $400 for their card reader which was a waste of money. Use Quickbooks instead, way better service

Been waiting over a week for a account representative to call me back, ridiculous

The PCI compliance was a mess and their help desk was not able to get me set up so I quit using the cc processing. 4 months later I noticed that they have been taking $164.99 out of my account each month so when I called I was told that I needed to formally quit their service and I was going to be charged again at the end of this month for not being in compliance even though I hadn't used their product in 5 months and I had no recourse to recover the $825 that was taken out of my account.

Worse company please stay away such a fraud system they have with takepayments we cannot get rid of the problems they have caused us!!! Beware of the con artists

ELAVON & US BANK REPORTED FOR FRAUD Crooks and thieves working an elaborate scam. Been stealing from customers for YEARS! I have already reported Elavon/US Bank and their employees to several agencies for investigation. And I advise everyone here to do the same, start with the FTC, report them for fraud. On this board alone they have taken hundreds of thousands from people and they need to be held accountable. Suits are coming.

Awful Company - Charged me for Non-compliance when they never notified my that I had to comply. They admitted they put my email in wrong and that is why I never got a notice to comply - Thousands of dollars of charges. I switched service providers then got a $300 fee from elavon AFTER I cancelled them and returned machine. and told me they can't help me because I cancelled services.

Only because they arent zero stars. We bought a small country grocery in May 2024. We ordered a complete POS system from NRS who assigned the processing to Elavon. 3 weeks later without any notice to NRS or us, Elavon closed our account because "we didnt meet their risk factor" and froze over $1,900 in the previous 3 days before. I contacted NRS who for the next week tried to find out what was going on and get us connected to another processing company (which they did). Then Elavon WITHDREW over $4,000.00 more from my bank account totally draining it. Luckily I have been a customer with that bank personally and another business I own for over 35 years and they returned the $4,000 to my account. Finally I found a good contact number for Elavon customer service and was told I would have to talk to the analyst handling my case and gave me her direct number. I called her immediately (9am) and got her voicemail. I left a message explaing the urgency since we were just getting started in business and $1,900 was to us like a million would be to them. After not hearing back by mid afternoon I called and left another message. Next day still no return of my call, I leave another voicemail. This went on for 3 days before I called Elavon customer service again and I told that lady that a company that large there had to be someone else I could reach out to be it her supervisor or whoever. She gave me another ladies direct number and said she was in that day so I should be able to contact her. I called and got another voicemail but this person message was leave a voicemail or send her an email and gave her email address, so I did both. Same results. After 3 more days of waiting I contacted NRS again and went off on them. I had no hand in deciding who my processing company was, NRS made that decision without any input from me so I felt it was their responsibility to clear the matter up. I stayed on hold for over 45 minutes while NRS tried to contact the analyst handling my account, finally making contact with her. She told us that my salesman needed to read and explain the user agreement to me before I signed because they could withdraw anytime from my bank in case there were future disputes or chargebacks, thanked us and hung up. After I got a helpful customer care billing specialist with NRS involved who was finally able to talk to the analyst again who now says its being handled by her "higher-ups" and out of her hands. The NRS billing specialist emailed me a few days later saying Elavon could hold my $1,900 for 90 days but for me to email her back in 90 days and she would help me get my funds released. Well the 90 days is up but the billing specialist is now a compliance specialist with NRS and it starts all over again for me.....

My account was closed without any notification from them. And they are not answering my emails or don’t tell me anything as well. Zero stars.
