Elastic by the YardReviews of elasticbytheyard.com

Easy transaction and fast shipping.

I have been ordering elasric feom you for over a year. Your website is user friendly. Your prices are very fair. And your delivery is always within 3 to 5 days. Thank you.

I was FINALLY able to order a few batches of elastic, after months of the site being out of stock due to the pandemic and need for elastic for masks. While I'm happy with receiving my goods in a timely manner, I am not happy that I never received a newsletter or announcement of any kind to indicate that elastic was in stock - I had to check the website myself. Also, I reached out months ago to notify the company about a glitch in the website that blocks the 'wishlist' function, as I've tried to build wishlists of elastic colors and types for future shopping but never received a response to my message. I've been aware of this website/company for a few years BEFORE the pandemic and I now wish I had made my account before I was able to place an order, I might have gotten some semblance of customer service. Crazy as this sounds, I have long planned to buy elastic from this website despite the fact that I live near downtown Los Angeles, in driving distance from the fabric district where I can find and buy FOE at a reasonable price, but driving in traffic and paying costly parking fees have been an inconvenience compared to ordering FOE from a company that resides across the country...I may have to reconsider which of the two is more inconvenient.

The elastic was exactly as described on the website. It works perfectly in the garment I am making. The elastic was packed carefully and arrived promptly.

Quality products and quick shipping! Will buy from again.

Easy to navigate website . Several colors to choose from. Fast delivery. Dependable quality every time I have placed an order.

I was happy with my order. I did have a question that was answered promptly on email. I have a suggestion regarding the names of the colors of foe. If a certain color is no longer available a notation would be nice to have if there is another color that is similar. It may take a customer a while to use a spool of foe and it's frustrating to go on line to reorder and find that color has changed. Thanks.

False advertising. I picked this company specifically because they sold American made elastics. I received my order in sealed packages stating MADE IN CHINA.
