Elastic by the YardReviews of elasticbytheyard.com

I ordered elastic from Elastic by the Yard, expecting a high-quality product for my sewing projects, but I was incredibly disappointed. The elastic was thin, flimsy, and lost its stretch after just a few uses. It frayed at the edges almost immediately, making it completely unusable for anything requiring durability. On top of that, their customer service was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. When I reached out for a refund or replacement, they either ignored my emails or responded with generic copy-paste responses that didn’t address my concerns. They refused to take responsibility for the poor quality, even after I sent photos proving the issue. Save yourself the frustration and shop somewhere else if you need reliable elastic! I regret giving this company my business and won’t be ordering from them again.

Have not received the order yet.

NOT customer friendly I specifically told customer service I was trying to match to a customer jacket and asked for samples. was told they don't do samples. so ordered based on colors showing on the computer screen. what arrived was nowhere near the same color as the computer and they charged me over $10 to send a 2.6 ounce package, and to top it off they want me to spend even more money to return for a refund!

False advertising. I picked this company specifically because they sold American made elastics. I received my order in sealed packages stating MADE IN CHINA.

***Customer Service via email was cold and I was not satisfied I wanted to exchenge. Period I will not purchase from this online company ever again:0(

If honesty is a hallmark of this company, do not do business with them The elastic arrived in a neat little cardboard sleeve upon which was a affixed a proud little "Made in USA" sticker. Under the little sticker the original printing on the cardboard was "Made in China". I don't care if it is made on the Moon, but I do care that companies I do business with are honest. Too bad I cannot post the pictures I took.

I ordered on 3/20/2020, still have not received it. Order #28700. Looking forward to my order and hearing from you. Thank you.
