Elastic by the YardReviews of elasticbytheyard.com

Well thanks for asking for my opinion. I find it very much interesting and with quality

I was FINALLY able to order a few batches of elastic, after months of the site being out of stock due to the pandemic and need for elastic for masks. While I'm happy with receiving my goods in a timely manner, I am not happy that I never received a newsletter or announcement of any kind to indicate that elastic was in stock - I had to check the website myself. Also, I reached out months ago to notify the company about a glitch in the website that blocks the 'wishlist' function, as I've tried to build wishlists of elastic colors and types for future shopping but never received a response to my message. I've been aware of this website/company for a few years BEFORE the pandemic and I now wish I had made my account before I was able to place an order, I might have gotten some semblance of customer service. Crazy as this sounds, I have long planned to buy elastic from this website despite the fact that I live near downtown Los Angeles, in driving distance from the fabric district where I can find and buy FOE at a reasonable price, but driving in traffic and paying costly parking fees have been an inconvenience compared to ordering FOE from a company that resides across the country...I may have to reconsider which of the two is more inconvenient.

I love the elastic and the color varieties offered. I found the shipping for that small package way too much. I will either have to order a lot at once or find another source. Edit: I received a response from company and sadly that’s the cheapest rate. My next order I will order more so the shipping will be worth. stupid postal rates 😞

I'm happy with the product but disappointed that a $25 shipping fee on an $89 order did not require a signature. Because of this my package was delivered to the wrong address, leading me to waste a lot of time and stress trying to find out where it had gotten to. Fortunately my kind neighbour brought it to me but not until the next day.

This product is nice
