Purple jumpsuit omg, loving it so much

I'm pretty disappointed with this online shop. I ordered a mint suit for my birthday originally priced at $400 but purchased for $200 and even paid for expedited shipping. I placed my order on the 5th and now it's the 12th but it still hasn’t shipped out yet. I reached out twice…first because I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation and then again to follow up on the delay…both times receiving the same response. Their shipping policy states 5-8 days for U.S. delivery. It’s a BIG FAT FALSE.

I recently placed an order with Elagia and the item arrived within one day of purchase, with no plastic bag, normally this company sends goods from Europe, this one arrived from Hallendale, FL. It is very clear that someone else had returned the item and they shipped it to me. When I emailed them the next morning and asked to return the item, they said okay to return and once they received it, they notified me that they are unable to issue a store credit. They are currently in possession of the original product and are not issuing store credit. What company is allowed to do this? Be careful with ELAGIA.
