My experience purchasing software was excellent. I had a question which was promptly answered through the chat feature and then I had my software installed and working in a few minutes. I will definitely come back for any other software needs that arise.

I was so glad to find a "one and done" Microsoft 365 package. After I downloaded it, very easily, I might add, I received an e mail to just check in, make sure I had everything ok, and was told to please contact if I ever have an issue. Very good customer service, and product is great too.

I am not very tech savvy but found the installation of the digital purchase of the home office version very simple. I was so glad because after switching computers, I found that the word documents (and there were so many) I transfered couldn't be accessed except for viewing. Now I can use them again. Thanks!
