The software is great and it did everything l expected it to do. The customer service is amazing and probably the best I have seen. Customer service quick response time is amazing.

I received my software by download. The download of the software was quick and everything worked fine.

On Monday, 5/26 I tried multiple times over a three-hour period to purchase MS Home & Business 2024. But the MEM15 promo code I received via email continually gave an “invalid” message, their link to Paypal was not functioning, there was no support available via “chat” AND I have yet to receive a response to the two emails I sent to their support email address!! Their claim to have 24/7 support is clearly bogus. I have purchased software from this company before and tried to do so again, but due to all of the issues mentioned above, I shopped the product and found it less expensive elsewhere. I reached out to them again today via "chat" and shared all of the above. All they offered was the same 15% discount advertised on their home page.

Yesterday I had a serious problem with Microsoft Outlook 2021 which I had bought from Exsoftware. It just didn't work. I worked for hours. I went back to Eksoftware, and then Emre came to help.
