I placed an order and received a tracking number right away. Almost 2 weeks later it still had not been shipped yet. I sent 3 emails and got no response to either one. I had to call my bank and dispute the charge just to get my money back. Do not waste your time with them.

Ordered from them in the past with no issues.. Ordered 8 days ago and still no shipping confirmation. I'm about to call my bank and get my money back.. After the third email they finally responded by saying "we will find out the status". 3 days later, no response. Wttff

I was lured to this site because of the reasonably cheaper prices, but like everything in life: if it’s too good to be true, it is false ... advertising. Seriously no customer service. Juices I’ve ordered were refunded without explanation. Obviously the popular advertised juices were not available. They just used them as bait so you’ll pad your order with others and not get what you actually wanted. My last order was only half fulfilled. I sent an email and I’m probably not going to get a response or a refund. Might as well throw your money down the drain. At least you can have the satisfaction of watching it spin around your toilet bowl a few times.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EJUICEVAPOR.COM! The cheaper prices are NOT worth the time & energy of hassling a company to fulfill an order and actually ship it in a timely manner, after you’ve paid in full. My first order, $40, in June 2019 arrived on time, no issue. My 2nd order, $86, on 10/25 was a MESS. Ironically, they only offer a 2 day shipping option for $12. After 3 business days and still nothing except a FedEx tracking number to a package that hadn’t even been dropped at a facility to be shipped, I emailed customer service inquiring, politely. They did not respond to that email or ANY emails, for that matter. They also do not answer the phone and leave their voicemail full. In fact, they did not respond until 11/04, AFTER I had already requested a refund AND filed a complaint with BBB. They completely ignored my request for refund and stated ‘we are currently unstaffed, so we are back ordered with orders’...whatever that means. I would think if they had no staff, they wouldn’t continue to accept orders and PAYMENTS. From that point, I deemed calls and emails pointless since I received no response (nor did BBB). I just waited & hoped for BBB to handle the complaint. In the meantime, I had to purchase the same supplies I had ordered from them, in order to remain tobacco free. Ejuicevapor.com finally shipped my order at the end of 11/08, through UPS. I received a different tracking number. I received it 4 days later. I could’ve handled a delay. But, the complete lack of communication and CONSIDERATION is the issue I have with this company. I will NEVER do business with them, ejuicemafia, High Society Supply or whatever other names they use to profit off of consumers who are trying to quit tobacco products. Just do your research before ordering. I certainly didn’t...not well enough! This will be my first negative review. After this stressful experience, I feel the least I can do is warn others, to prevent them from losing valuable time, energy and money!

3 minutes ago-Edit You really should read all the reviews before ordering from Ejuice Vapor. Like stated their customer service is utter garbage. I ordered 3 nasty juice and they refunded them saying they were back ordered when it clearly says "in stock" on their website. So their website is not current and false advertising. Also longer shipping now which is ridiculous since I live a city away from their HQ in Fountain Valley. After a quick google search, they were investigated by the FDA in 2018 for mislabeling and false advertisement. Shady. I'm going to be contacting the FDA to put this company back on their radar.

I order coils and juice i paid for it 6days ago they still never sent my order out i tryed calling the number listed its a wrong number i email them 4 times and they never got back to me i take it iam not going to get my money back i warn others to not buy anything from this site

I used them for six months with no issue. They had the best prices, reasonable shipping fees and delivery time. Then I received the wrong order. It took 4 days to get a call through to them while emails went ignored. When I did get through, the woman on the other end seemed frustrated and was rude but did say she would correct my vapor juice order once I shipped back the wrong order. Three weeks later I received the correct order via regular postal service. Not sure what happened but they have done a complete 180 degree turn from the business I was accustomed to.

Vary bad costumer service I did an order and was missing a 60ml finally got it 3 weeks after I got my first order I will never order from the company agin no communication if you try to call them they will never pick up and if you email them you may get a reply worst company I’ve ever ordered from
