Worst place ever to buy, DO NOT BUY!! The customer service is dicked! They will lie and bs you.

This is the worst site that i have ever dealt with! I called to cancel an order and they only took off one item. When i got charged for the package that i cancelled i called the "customer service " number and after about 5 calls in a female answered the phone and basically called me a liar that i didnt cancel the order.i only cancelled one item. I knew i was dealing with idiot's. I told the female about this and she again calles me a liar. She told me that i only cancelled one item. She refuses to give me a refund. She is one miserable witch! She also said that she is the only person that deals with customer service and there is not a manager or any other person to speak to! I will be reporting this company to the BBB and anyone else that i can! I would love to see this company close their doors for good!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I paid $10 for 2 days shipping a week later tracking is still showing that just a label has been created. I sent multiple emails and get no answer. Called a few times, finally got someone on the phone and all she told me was that that is just an estimated shipping, it should be between 2-4 days, I explained that obviously it has been past the 4 days so please refund my shipping. She refused to refund my shipping or cancel my order. Claiming some BS about how USPS works and how they wont do anything until the 7 business days. I work customer service for an online retailer, I know exactly how this works, and what they are trying to say is a load of crap. I was not cussing the lady out nor screaming, I was rationally trying to get my shipping refunded and she hung up on me. I called back a few times and they did not answer the phone. This is the absolute worst company ever. I will never order anything from them again. I am disputing the charge on my bank, because this is a scam. I am also going to let everyone i know to never order from them. No surprise that you can't write a review on their website or facebook page.

i ordered $113 dollars worth of products on the 7th, its now the 16th. I have sent 3 emails and called their bogus number MULTIPLE times. I cant even leave a message bc the inbox is full! and not to mention no one has ever answered it during "business hours".I have received no shipping info, no updates, nada since the confirmation email! I assumed they were a good company because they were one of the first sites to pop up on google when i searched for vape juice, but that couldnt be further from the truth! I filed a complaint with the BBB, but they can only do so much. Does anyone have ANY advice on how to help me get my money back when i cant even get ahold of anyone from this company?!? UPDATE/EDIT: i FINALLY got a TEXT message from some number saying that my product has been shipped. it seems to be a legit tracking number with usps. it just says they have created the label btw.. I had to leave NUMEROUS bad reviews, file complaints with the BBB and FTC, and call my bank to dispute the transaction before i finally got what little info I did. Still no direct contact from them, nor an answered email or phone call. I will update when/if i ever receive my items. Even if I do, i still stand by what I said. dont ever do business with these people. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. UPDATE #2 I finally got my order today. It was complete, and nothing rotten as other customers had complained about, luckily. Still, they have horrid customer service, actually, NO customer service. It seems like a kid is running this operation from his parents basement or somthing... But, hey, I at least got my complete order and in good condition. Still would not recommend them. They are cheap but from my experience and from what ive read of others experiences, risky.

Most unprofessional business ever. They charge 1-day priority shipping but as soon as I pay for my products and the review order page is refreshed all of a sudden it says they are backed up and they are shipping products three days later. AND it says they do not ship on Saturday and Sundays. So basically if you order on Wednesday to Friday you’re not getting your products at least until the next week. It has been six days since I paid these guys and I still have no tracking number. Sent a bunch of emails and no response after the first mail. I call them three times and no answer. These guys remind me of a bunch of fools doing business from their garage or something. WORST BUSINESS EVER.

WORST SITE ON THE INTERNET!!! I normally order from Ejuiceconnect but i wanted to try Vaptasia's Strawberry and Blueberry Parfait juices and could only find it on this site besides Vaptasia's original site. Well it took then 8 days to ship it and when i finnally got them they were a 6mg thats was the Blueberry and i nbr got the strawberry. They sent me an email after i complained about it and said just be happy with the juice you got!! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T WANT THE JUICE YOU WANTED

Absolutely the worst place I have ever order from. Ordered a bottle of juice and it took them 3 days to ship. Still 4 days later no juice and no idea when it will be here. I order from another company for the same thing 3 days ago and it is here this morning. Would not recommend or ever use this place again. Horrible experience. Buyers beware
