This place sucks my arshole!

Ordered two separate orders one day apart. One order took 8 days with no update on my tracking so I emailed them, one day later I received an email saying 1 juice of 5 I purchased was "discontinued" and surprisingly 3 days after that, I got a refund for said order. All juices were available on the website, mind you. When i was sure i had my refund back in my bank, i blindly ordered more juices making sure the ones i picked they said available in stock. Five days later no update still "shipping label created" sitting in fountain valley. Emails go by ect ect...FINALLY i received my package but to no avail, 1 of the 4 bottles i had re-ordered had arrived, a total of 8 days. A terrible house juice that tastes like black licorice. Emailed again and went through the loop, they refunded me for the juice i once again did not receive. My next order was two packs of coils and two nord vape devices, after 8 days or so, 1 vape device and coils show up, i email them saying that yet again items were missing from my next order, they asked for a picture and that was a week ago and i havent heard a word since. They wont answer the phone or respond to your emails....don't waste your time.

Order coils from Ejuice Vapor on Black Friday 2019 and when I received them they were the wrong coils. I sent numerous emails for over a week and finally received a response asking for pictures of product shipped and shipping invoice and I have sent those pictures and have not had any response. On there site they talk about there great customer service which to this point has been non existent. It seems to me they are more worried about the top end then they are there customers.

I emailed them a few days ago that my order was wrong. I ordered 3 bottles of juice. All 3 were suppose to be 3mg of nicotine. Well 1 bottle was 12mg. I have a screenshot of my order from my email. I also have a order paper that came with the bottles in the mail showing two different orders. I have 3 pics of which I included in the email. I still haven't heard anything after about 4 days. Update: email is now 5 days old and still no answer from them. This is honestly an all time low for a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, this has ticked me off. Take your money, mess up your order and not respond. WoW

Horrible company to order from...terrible everything, and i mean EVERYTHING.

8 days later, they haven't even bothered to ship my $60 order! STAY AWAY!!!! There are endless other sites to buy from that take your business seriously!!!!!!!!

NO communication. phone mailbox full, don't answer emails! NEVER AGAIN!

They never sent me my stuff it’s been 3 weeks ask for a refund 2 weeks ago I still haven’t received it never got ahold of anybody they never answer the phone the worst place I’ve ever delt with now I’m just out of 100$ for no reason do not buy stuff here u will never get your stuff or money back
