I purchased some hardware from a juice direct yesterday opened it in the store. I then tried to turn it on it would not turn on. They told me it needed a charge. I tried charging it it would not turn on. I brought it right back and they told me your problem not mine. They would not help me I think that is a big mistake they have lost me as a customer and they got me to write this review for them. There's a vape shop just around the corner that's so much better and they back up their product.

This place is just a scam I waited 20+ days for shipping and thrn they say they have to refund me because they switched platforms. So disappointed. Will mever buy from again.

O. K. This company is slick as snail snot. In my previous reviews, I gave this place 1 star because of shipping time and terrible customer support. So , as I said in my last review. I placed an order for e liquid and coils. On 11/04/21. On 11/05/21 I placed an order for 2 packs of smok tf tank coils, from the smoke store, which ships from China. The shipping costs were $2.99 . Now I received the order from China, again shipping costs were $2.99. on 11/19/21 that's 18 days from China for less than $3.00. As I said in my earlier reviews of ejuice direct. The estimated delivery date started at 11/14/21. And everyday when I checked the tracking. The delivery date was pushed further and further out. Now it is out to 12/2/21. That's almost a month at a shipping cost of $14.00. So I emailed customer service and well, I got an, that's your problem answer. That said contact the carrier. Good luck on that one. You can't contact them. Neither by phone or by email. So that's why I said this place is slicker than snail snot. You don't have to believe me, try them and find out for yourself. So far while awaiting this delivery, ive had to purchase more eliquid from my local vendor. And it looks like I'm gonna have to do that again So if you have money to throw away try ejuice direct. When it comes to disappointment, they don't disappoint. They make the phrase poor customer service. Exclusive to them, because it is the worst. The same can be said for Thier delivery method. I bet if they had a money back delivery guarantee, you'd get your vape supplies on time Terrible, terrible, terrible place go somewhere else O. K today is 12/06/21.order still not here. The carrier doesn't track on Sunday. So on Friday my est. delivery date was 12/07/21 .on Saturday it was 12/08/21. And today. Monday it's 12/08/21 and still hasn't moved. How fricken hard can it be to get an order to the customer? Obviously ejuice direct doesn't give a squat. They don't even care about the bad reviews. So if you like giving your money away, than by all means order from ejuice direct. Thier address is listed as the state of ILLINOIS. But my order shipped from NC . I LIVE IN BALTIMORE 650 mi. away straight shot up I-95. So what's the problem? I want my $ back. It's clear this order will never get here as it's been in KY since 11/08/21 that's a month. Did they lose it? I don't know. But if ejuice direct is insuring these orders than they get my money back by claiming the order was lost.. HEY EJUICE DIRECT, I'M SENDING THIS TO YOU AS WELL. HOW ABOUT MAKING GOOD ON YOUR CLAIMS. I want my stuff or a refund 4-23-22---- although ejuicedirect -- said they would refund me, as my order was delayed past 30+ days. As of this final update-- I've still not recieved a refund-- so not only do they not worry about service or shipping-- they don't keep Thier word -- I understand the pact act--- but don't use it as an excuse--- if it will take from 14-50 days for an order to be received " after ordering -- than put that in your FAQ section, instead of the 8-14 days-- honesty is still valued by consumers

I had 3 friends recommend this website. My first order was placed on October 20,2021. It’s now November 24, 2021 and I still haven’t received my juice and I’m being ignored by their “customer service” DO NOT RECOMMEND. They won’t even issue a refund for me, and I spent $45 my first order. Do NOT buy!

Did the same thing to me. I placed 1 order for 95.35. When I woke up in the morning I had 4 transactions for that amount. Called no answer, emails completely ignored. I ended up filing fraud charges with my bank and I have to wait 15 days to get the money back. If I get it back at all. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! I ended up filing a police report and will report them to the better business bureau

They charged me over 1300 on my order by sending it through 9x. Took almost 5 days to get the money back. In the meantime my house parent, car payment and health insurance payments all bounced leading to 270.00 I'm fees. Don't do business with these guys.they are a joke

Do NOT trust this company. They recently had a "hack" that they sent me an email about that I can not identify the details of, and my card was compromised. My most used card was charged upwards of $800 on a fraud and I've reached out to this company 3 times with no answer. Do NOT trust these people with your information because they STORE IT UNSECURILY. Very unprofessional.

Placed an order one price was displayed, I was charged double on my card beware of bottle surcharge whatever that means add about $10 per bottle if you plan on ordering from them 1-5 business days till my refund will update if I receive it.
