Still didn’t get the juice

Taken funds from my bank twice with nothing sent or even a confirmation email. BEWARE! Called multiple times and sent multiple emails with no reply’s.

Placed an order. they provided a tracking number. They didn't put any shipping address other than the city and zip code. The item was returned. They said they would give me my money back or resend it. However, there was no address on the return label either Had to do a charge back to get my money back. Got four emails from customer service. Say once they received it back, they would reship it, but they will never receive it back because it never had an address. By the buyer. Beware.

Placed an order, money was taken out of my account immediately. A week later I got an email stating it had shipped, but no tracking number was available. It’s been 14 days since the email and still no juice. I’ve called and left several messages. No response. Emailed several times. No response. They were quick to take my money and never send my juice. 85 dollars down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They ignore my emails and phone calls and their tracking link doesn't work on my phone

My credit card was charged successfully but I received no order confirmation and the transaction has been pending for almost 5 days now. Took 4 days to respond to my email and despite calling every day, no one picks up the phone. I cant get my money back and my order is missing. The customer service is awful, the website barely works, and I'm just screwed out of my money. Don't order from this company. I have a hunch that the good reviews are bots or the company posting themselves. I have filed a complaint to BBB, the state of Florida, and the state of California.

Still haven't received my order now are any shipment updates available.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I ordered a Vape Kit from ejuice direct that was not working properly. Once I sent it right back to them they said I dropped it and that's why it didn't work. Totally false. It didn't work out of the box and they blamed me and said I couldn't get a refund or replacement. They still have not returned the broken one either. They're customer service is trash. If you call too much they stop answering the phone. Order at your own risk!!! I'm out of $80 of my hard earned money!!!
