After making a $100, I needed to get in contact with support about my order. I called the phone number on the website and left messages. They will never answer the phone and they will not call you back. I sent emails to the email listed on the website as well as replying to messages I received when I made my purchase. Multiple emails. 72 hours later, there is still no response and no reply by any means of communication. If you have a problem with your order, you're out of luck. There is no way to contact support. At this point, I don't think it exists. Contact info is just for show.

I contacted this company 2 weeks ago because I made a purchase, I never did hear back from them so I had to contact my bank and get my money back that way,.. Also when you pay it says sorry something went wrong and charged me 2 times like tons of people reported, this is illegal, and why didn't I receive a response from this place I checked junk, other and focused inbox nothing at all from this company, I recommend staying away, search the name of the site and reviews on the end you will see how many people got ripped off, they are paying people to write these reviews

This time they sent me 5 boxes of the wrong juice via 36 or 18. If you didn't have anymore 38, just say that and take the L, NOT SEND ME WHAT I DIDNT ORDER. RESPECTFULLY, DR VINES

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered 4 bottles of juice Mid November of 2025. I got a notice shortly after that half my order had shipped and that the other half was out of stock. Why they would allow me to order something they didn't have I could not understand. I have tried dozens of times by phone and email to get in touch with their "customer service" but they will not respond. It is now after Xmas and they have been restocked for well over a week but won't send the product or refund my money. There is no way to actually get in touch with anyone. So long story short be aware that it is possible that you may pay for your full order and only get half but never get the situation taken care of. If you order be sure to use a payment method you can dispute with.

Website said error while placing order. I was billed twice. But the order didn't go through. Tried calling and emailing. The have not responded. Phone seems to be direct to voicemail. No refund issued. Seems like a scam.

I would love to give them a five-star but unfortunately I have a missing package from them and I have contacted them every way possible and no one has returned my call or email. Before this I found them to be trustworthy, fast and efficient. I'm hoping someone will still contact me directly as my package was over $150 and still has not arrived nor has anyone been able to tell me where it is. The tracking has put it returned back to e-juice direct

My order is lost tracking shows it went to a different state. I have tried numerous times to reach the customer service but no replies. Had to call bank and dispute transaction
