Placed an order on ejuiceconnect.com and the tracking read that it never left Florida (which is where they are located). It took a bit to hear back from someone, but Karla said that if the order was not delivered or found by a certain date then I would be refunded. Unfortunately, USPS lost the package but Ejuiceconnect did refund my order. Figured I would give them another try as their prices are the lowest out there and they did make things right.

I’ve ordered from them once before & a couple items in my order was wrong. But I emailed customer service and they worked with me & gave me different options to how we could fix the issues. I opted for the account credits. I plan on placing another order when I get paid again. I would pay triple for everything I buy on ejuiceconnect if I bought it locally.

I always really like the fact that they ship the juice quickly and it almost always arrives on time! I have had a few instances when I was sent bad juice but they responded quickly and took care of it for me in a timely manner! They also have the best prices I have seen!

I ordered an aegis solo kit (red and blue variant) last saturday it took a week to get here which is why they lose a star from me, as for the product it was brand new in box sealed, the correct model and color and works great, the only two complaints I have for this company is slow shipping times and barebones communication.
