They're legit, but they are becoming more greedy by the day. They used to allow you to earn points to save money on your next orders, but they killed that. They used to offer free shipping, but now you have to spend over$500 to get that deal. I used to be able to order and get the packages within 4 to 5 days. Now it's 10 days or more. The last time I ordered, they said they'd refund me 5% of my order if I put a Google review in, took a screenshot, and emailedit to them. Now, if you go to their reviews, they have 5 stars, and all the reviews are from the past week. They literally bought the reviews. I'm looking for a new, trustworthy site. The only reason I continue to order from ejuiceconnect is because I know that what I order will eventually get to me, and I am always leary of ordering from companies I'm unfamiliar with.

Nice items bot sure about delivery and such

Ejuice connect has been my go-to online vape place for awhile now, after ordering from many online retailers prior to. Shipping has always been fairly quick, typically about 3 business days, and their prices are very good. I would have given them 5 stars, but sometimes they are out of stock of some of my favorite items. And I noticed after ordering a few times already, that they never gave me the reward points that they claim to give. Other than that, the prices and fast shipping keep me coming back.

The coupons DO NOT work. I had a similar experience as another reviewer. I expected 25% off but for not a single time did it work. I will try to email them and see if things change.

Love this vape

I attempted to use the 35% off coupon, but it only gave me less than 20% Off. I then attempted to contact customer service about the less than 35% off, via text. No reply. Then I opened a chat dialogue on their website and spoke to Kahl. He said there's no coupon. He wouldn't help. Not good for first try. I am adding an update to this review and 2 stars. They shipped my order the next day and received it in just 3 days. I am still steamed about not getting 35% off and how customer service didn't reply to my text and when i finally got someone "kahl" on their website he didn't feel like helping. I will try to order from them again but am leary about referring others to site.

I paid $28 for 1-2 day shipping and it came in 6 days. I was a little upset because I paid a lot for fast shipping. Besides that everything was good, I got all the correct flavors, nothing with spilled or opened.
