Chloe was very helpful

I recieved an item (box in great condition) but was not the item I purchased. I emailed and with a quick response- was told unfortunately the one I paid for was sold out and offered me to choose another. However, I only need one so I did request for a refund and was offered a percentage refund. I had asked for a return label to send item back not wanting to waste it- I’m sure it’s great quality, just a style no one here is interested in. With kind answer, it was going to cost a lot, was offered a 60% refund. For being so responsive, understanding, and trying to work with me seemingly all angles, I appreciate this person so much! Thank you for your help in solving this🙏. Amy E.
