I ordered Crab legs in May. Nothing arrived; however, I am still receiving emails saying they resent a package and that it arrived, or it will arrive soon. I am out the money - period. I wish there could be a way to stop them!!!

Well I ordered chairs online that were excellent deal and made by a very good company. The initial order began around late March of this year and just recently I was informed that after trying to deliver this product to me five times that they wanted to make it right for me and give me 60% of my money back. During this dog and pony show I don't with approximately 5 monkeys that's what I refer to as their employees. I just wish that somebody would do something about this crap and take them out of the market. If you ever deal with these jackasses you'll know yourself how well you've been scammed.

Posing as Alaskan king crab distributor, emphasizing that product was 100% US shipped. Nope, scammers in china. No refund, no product, no more response from “support”

An advertisement for steaks/chicken came across my I-phone on the News App. I purchased it from what appeared to be a legit local (US), buyer. Later I received an email from eirathreads.com stating that my order was processed -yet I didn't go to their website. Also when I checked the shipping it stated that the steaks were coming from China and showed delivered to my home (15 days later), at 5:03pm! They are making it hard for reputable online businesses!

I ordered the Alaskan King Crab Legs on 420-26. Bought & paid for immediately bc the credit card went right through. It's now 0715-26 & we still haven't received the order. Supposedly, they sent to me twice? I never saw anyone arrive at my door. I have a camera as well. No one came ever. I am handicapped so I stay at home. So, when I tell someone that it never arrived but website states it was delivered, I have e a severe problem. I have also received emails. No customer service person yo speak to. Im also going to send this review to the BBB. This company, as far as I'm concerned, is a FRAUDULENT COMPAMY. Never, ever, do business with them. P .S. Your company must start "returned receipt also for items such as mine "signature required "

Fraud Fraud Fraud

PLACED MY ORFER APRIL 18TH AND I TOLD THE COMPANY TO CANCEL THE ORDER ON MAY 10TH. NOW THE COMPANY IS TELLING ME THEY ORDER WAS RECEIVED. WHICH IS NOT TRUE. SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF CHRIS, HAS REACHED OUT TO ME. I THINK THIS ORDER IS COMING FROM CHINA. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD! I JUST WANT MY MONEY POINT BLANK PERIOD. NOW ITS TIME TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered and paid for a product from Eirathreads that showed it was delivered to me on 4/30/26, that I didn't receive. It has been impossible to get in touch with someone, no response. This company is a fraud! Please don't order from them!
