I was there to shop and treat myself and also use 50$ off during the month of your BD. First of all one of the sales people was pushy and try to sell an item that I have just touched when browsing! When I decided to buy a regular priced sweater at the point of payment, they refused to apply my 50$ off together with a 15% off welcome discount for the new email subscribers! It was a pure coincidence that I was there at the time when both of these discounts were applicable, but no reasoning and common sense was present there! Quite disappointed in this shopping experience, especially being really fond of this brand!

horrible rude and unresponsive. I sent an email. No response. I called . Left on hold. And when I got a real person she was a jerk. Unbelievable.

Long time customer. I ordered something from the website today (Sun). For some reason the promo and/or gift card did not take. Instructions are that you have 45 min to cancel the item. Unfortunately when you call the number you are told that customer service is M-F. Good going Eileen Fisher! Run a promo and then make it impossible to cancel an order! Hopefully you will rectify this or you will have a lost a long time customer. For a company that wants to embrace being ethical this is very unethical.

I purchased a pair of pants this summer that literally fell apart at the seams on the first wear (not even wash). Reached out to customer service, and it's been an absolute nightmare. They've taken weeks to respond to my emails (I think this is a tactic to get people to forget about it), and the chat feature is never available on the website. I even called the number listed, couldn't get through to anyone, and requested a callback. No one ever called me back. They won't even offer me a refund or a replacement. The best they're offering is a gift card after the item goes through quality inspection, which they said lasts from 4-6 weeks. This level of customer service is truly shocking from a brand that preaches quality and charges $200 for a pair of pants. Will definitely never be shopping here again, and I'd recommend everyone else avoid it as well.

Bad experience. Ordered silk trousers. When postman came with parcel (more than week after ordering) he apologised because it was empty package. Therefore I refused to accept and Royal Mail returned to EF. I have contacted them but have only received automated reply which I responded to as requested but nothing. Having read other reviews I think that will be it. This used to be one of my favourite brands but no more

I will no longer buy Eileen Fisher clothing. I Bought a top, wore it once, washed it in cold gentle cycle, and hung it dry. I Went to wear it a second time and the side seam had completely torn apart. I bought another black swing top which had tiny holes throughout the bottom of the shirt—which was barely worn.

Wore an Eileen Fisher blue raincoat in rain only to find blue stain had transferred onto beige hoodie.EF rep said they don’t sell “raincoats” . I said then there should be a notice of color transfer like you find on denim. They clearly don’t care about customer experience since most of my wardrobe had become EF. Now I have a raincoat not to be worn in the rain and a damaged expensive hoodie.

I have tried avoiding the Flatiron Eileen Fisher location for years. They seem to hire the most unhappy and unfriendly staff. My experience over the years is that they treat customer requests as if they are doing you a favor by doing their jobs. Friendly sales people do not seem to last long there. I suggest going to the Columbus Circle store for a somewhat better shopping experience.
