EGOHOMEReviews of egohome.com

From order to delivery, communication was superb, and having a top-quality mattress delivered directly to my door, which I could then easily maneuver to the appropriate location before unboxing, was absolutely convenient. Great recommendation from my niece!

Easy to set up, clear as to what needed to happen. Was cool to the touch as expected, and continued to be a nice mattress. Nice zipper that let's you remove parts if necessary. Can get warm if people lay on it for a few hours but generally doesnt overheat and can get cool again quickly.

Shipment of bed frame was delayed which delayed unpacking the mattress and letting it expand. Finally got everything set up and boy, we really like it. The mattress manages to feel both firm and supportive yet soft and giving.

Although I received the bed very late I don't think it was due to egohome and more FedEx they were quick to reply and urged FedEx to do their job when it was delayed.

So far,so good. It's much thicker than I expected but I like it. I haven't had it that long but I do believe they hybrid was a good choice. I previously had the Nectar memory foam matress and after so many years, my back was so painful. First night I slept on this I didn't wake up crunched, my back wasn't stiff and it's been that way every morning. My husband gets a little warm at night still, even with the copper layer but we also sleep with a lot of blankets. Over all, I'm glad we picked this mattress. And a big thanks for a black matress, I think it looks much sharper

Memory foam was always an 'ew' experience for me. Honestly, I would have never bought this mattress if my daughter hadn't bought one first and I was able to check it out. I'm really glad I did, though. There's still that initial give, especially if you press on it with just a hand. Climbing on and lying down, though, was something else. I was amazed at the support and comfort. I've gotten really good sleep in the past few days! (EDIT: The ONLY reason my review isn't 5 stars is because the cutter to open the plastic mattress bag broke when cutting the bag - maybe that could be more durable or of different design.)

The mattress is great ! I was slightly upset because I ordered a queen box spring and the box said full/ queen. The box spring is smaller than the mattress . Why have the option of choosing and pay the extra money for each size for it not to fit my mattress ?

Only slept 2 nights so far, but so far so good
