I bought the 14"Queen firm mattress for a second try because the first one was the wrong size and was not as described. Thanks to EGOHOME they did refund me and appreciate that. This 14"Queen Firm mattress delivered 10 days now and desperately needed it after having knee surgery is not as firm as expected again not as described  although I gave it 48 hour to deflate. It had a dent and when sitting on the edge it did sink. As an elderly that lives alone and does most of my shopping online I am too old to go back and forth with this. I am giving it the 100 days tryout to decide whether or not it's a keeper.I will admit it is helping with my knee recovery and I am grateful for that. Thank you EGOHOME

I like but I find myself having to sleep in the middle of the bed a little too firm over all don't sag good mattress could have been cheaper

The shipping was fantastic! The unboxing was easy and fast. We waited 14 hours for the mattresst to expand. Our first night of sleep was ok. The mattress was more comfortable for me as a side sleeper. While my husband found more comfort on his back instead of his side, due to the stiffness. We've now slept on the mattress for over 10 days and it's better than our previous but not exactly what we wanted. I feel more support in the middle of the mattress would reduce the middle sag felt with larger people.

Have only been using the bed for a couple nights now, but honestly it has been so much better for me than the Nectar I had. Nectar was to firm it was rough on my body and I was waking up sore and aching. Since all the other big brands are very similar to Nectar I knew I needed to look for something different. Read a lot of different reviews before making my choice with EGOHOME, and am very happy I did. They are one of the very few companies I came across that sold the plush medium level that I was looking for with a reasonable price tag. It shipped quickly which was a bonus for me. The only complaint I have is it took two people to get it out of the box and adjusted. I’m sure it can be done alone but it definitely would take up more time. Once it was ready to use, I slept well for the first time in a long time. Excited to see how long it lasts me.

This is such a great mattress. Ordered it for my son who has been dealing with back pain for years and after waking up the first time, he didn't have the pain he normally woke up with. Now he's trying to get me to order one for myself. The timing of the delivery was off by a few days but it still came quickly.

The mattress is very comfortable, but the delivery service was terrible. I found the mattress in a broken box, and the booklet with the instructions and the small knife it includes to cut the plastic were thrown off to the side. When I opened the box inside my house, it even had dirt inside. I was not very happy about that. After placing the mattress where it belongs, I left it for 48 hours as the manual indicates, but when I measured it, it was only 12 inches instead of 14. Although I didn’t have a good experience with the delivery, I can say the mattress itself is very comfortable, and I’ve slept very well these first two nights.

Fast delivery. Haven't yet tried the bed.

It arrived on time . It's everything it said it would be.
