Initially, I thought it would be ok, but after trying it a couple of weeks, it isn't as comfortable as I had hoped it would be. Once the memory foam takes shape, it becomes pretty firm, almost painful as my body settles in. It isn't as cooling as I had hoped, still gets pretty warm.

Ordering was a breeze. I still haven't use the mattress. Delivery was an issue . I place the order when I was off from work and it was cancelled, so I had to take an extra day of work to wait for it. Finally it was delivered and Fed EX did not eve ring the bell and left it in the hallway, and my time was also delayed yet again. I was about to cancel the order, hopefully this mattress is worth it.

The company is hard to get into contact with but when they are available they are very understanding. I ordered a mattress that was guaranteed delivery by the end of the week but I never received my mattress. I contacted the company and they were able to help me understand why I had not received my mattress. The mattress was not in stock when I ordered it, yet there was 0 indication on the website. I unfortunately still have not received my mattress so I can't speak to whether or not it's comfortable.

Their is no firmness and I find myself constantly adjusting, fluffing and even folding my pillow for more firmness.

Everything is good, but i need to return the box spring because i dont need it and the email back and forth is taking a little while in between me and ego home.

The package all came separately. The adjustable bed frame came first and really early, which was great, and because that delivery was so seamless, I assumed that the rest would be, but I was wrong. The mattress took forever to come because FedEx kept lying about the delivery date, leading me to have to sleep on a blow-up mattress for about two weeks. One of the free pillows that were included in the bundle was stolen, so another one had to be sent. The mattress topper came, and I'm thankful for that because it helped me not feel like I was sleeping on a blow-up mattress, with the gel being the topper. Now that I finally got the delivery nightmare out of the way, I can honestly say that the bed itself is great, as is the mattress. I sleep great; it conforms to my body well, and I enjoy the massage feature. I am unsure how I will ever sleep in a regular bed again because being able to adjust the level of my head and my feet is top-tier.
