I got a cheese cake for my son’s birthday The toppings was delicious minus the base Cheese cake for the price I paid is supposed too be crispy biscuit texture not soft very disappointed

I ordered a pineapple flavoured eggless cake with fruit and Oreo topping for an engagement celebration. I asked for less fresh cream and they were happy to oblige. The cake was beautiful and tasted divine! Not too sweet and everybody loved it.

I ordered a novelty birthday cake from their Harrow branch in London for my son's 21st They were attentive and asked about allergies. They listened to what I needed and rang me to make sure before the cake was completed. The cake itself not only looked great, but tasted great too. Thank you!

My son, who is allergic to milk, recently suffered an anaphylactic reaction after eating two spoons of a cake from the egglesscakeshop, which was given to us in a box with vegan and gluten free labels on the top of the packaging. The cake was definitely not vegan, and when I visited the shop to find out what had happened, I was told by the manager that the packaging is generic and does not reflect what is inside the box. She said they do not even sell a cake that is both gluten free and vegan. This packaging is misleading and highly dangerous. Nine days after visiting the shop and leaving my contact details, and also having subsequently emailed them directly, they have still not contacted me to even acknowledge the incident. Appalling customer service. I have reported them to the Vegetarian Society, who have investigated. The shop told the society they will update their packaging, but it will take 3-4 months to come through, and in the meantime staff will cover the vegan marking on the boxes. In my view there is still a huge opportunity for human error, with potentially life threatening consequences, so I wanted to publish a public review of our experience to make others aware. If you suffer from allergies, are coeliac or vegan, be very careful ordering from this shop.

I order cake 1st time from the cake shop. The cake was excellent. Love the layaway in the cake. The price was affordable. The taste was brilliant and it was not too sweet. I have ordered from another place they are so sugary plus too many sweets. But this cake shop is super. Good services. I will recommend endless cake shop.

Would give no stars if I could!! Oldbury branch. Bought helium balloons. One was obviously overfilled and popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. Manager refused to refund and made me purchase another. The second one also popped within 2 minutes of leaving the shop. This time my brother-in-law took it back and was provided a new balloon without having to pay. Although, he was questioned as to whether we had children in the car!! When the second balloon was provided, the assistant stated I’ve not filled it as much this time, thus proving my point about overfilling the first balloon!! Hope they have enjoyed the £8.00 profit they have made today!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

These people obviously don't want custum as they don't answer inquiry emails! Very poor customer service.

Been buying cakes from our local shop but these cake shop are absolutely telling their customer that they are wrong. They dont listen to their customers and never compensation to the customers. I am taking this further to my complain and make sure its closes down i am not happy how they treated me
