I requested bank statements and the request was fulfilled within 15 minutes. Great customer service! The only feedback I would provide is having a place online to view the statements in PDF format so customers could download them without having to request them in the future. This would remove the extra step of requesting them.

Hi Noel, Thank you very much for your feedback and your review! We appreciate the kind words. You can download your statements as PDFs anytime through our Online Banking services. On your desktop computer, visit egcu.org and log into Online Banking. Once you are logged in, click the "Other Services" menu, then click "eDocuments". From there, you can export any monthly statement as a PDF. If you ever have any questions, our Member Experience Center is happy to help by calling (207) 221-5000.
