Kacie Cannell was so incredibly helpful! I appreciated the effort to make sure I understood and was comfortable with every aspect of the loan application process. She patiently took my calls and answered my emails in a timely manner and was courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to her! And, well done Evergreen for employing a class act.
