While Effecty was prompt to prescribe and send hormone replacement therapy medications, they provided very little oversight or assistance regarding side effects or requests to adjust my HRT regimen. When I asked if increasing my progesterone would stop my extended bleeding during my first three months, an NP basically told me to talk to my GYN. I wouldn't be using Effecty if my GYN had been willing to have this discussion with me in the first place. This company is basically prescribing HRT to anyone and offering no medical support. Cannot recommend and cancelled subscription.
