I love the product and the easiness of getting it and the support and dr chat is wonderful. My only complaint would be pricing. More affordable options would be great.

I needed to start at a higher dose as I was on a different glp1 but didn't get the correct dose.

What I like… fair price, medication works, deliveries are fast and on time, support and medical staff respond quickly. What I don’t like… When I so goes up for 12 months I thought I would be paying monthly since they list their prices as monthly, but they took the $$ for the whole 12 months upfront. That was a bit of a shock. Their website has a lot of information about your prescriptions, titration schedule, etc., and it’s where they want you to log your shots. My problem is that it seems buggy and the dosing is super unclear. I felt uncomfortable at the start because I wasn’t sure I was injecting the correct amount. Also, I reached out to the medical staff after the first month or so to ask about staying on that low dose for a bit longer because I was losing weight on that very low dose and preferred to be on the lowest dose possible. I received a response stating that increasing the dose too quickly is not advised, but I was not asking to increase the dose, rather to stay at the lower dose. They obviously didn’t even read my message. I do wish the medical staff were proactive in reaching out to check in. Since my own doctor is not monitoring this process, I’d like someone to be monitoring it. I have no idea how Effecty compares to other GLP-1 providers, but I just wish they were a bit better.

The only reason why im giving it 3 stars is because their product works. However, they are too expensive and blame their customers for their lack of proper measurement to ensure you have enough for your fourth week. They're so cheap with their product that if you dont get a refill before you finish your 4th week, you will miss a week waiting for delivery. They must everyone get paid the same way. I have screenshot of the text messages of the person making automatic assumptions without even asking first about me not following instructions and assuming im off track because im no longer with effecty. Just because I am no longer with effecty does not mean I am off track. I am still on track. Im just not on track with YOU. They also take foreverto respond to you, yet they can text you with no problems when you decide not to be with them any more. Plus: I can pay for a 3 month quarterly for nearly $200 less some where else and get the same or better results. Im actually with a 4.9 company as we speak.

Yes effecty has liminated my hunger but Ive only lost 10 lbs in the past 7 weeks

It wasn't as effective as the last recipe that I have tried from a different company. I wanted to give this a try unfortunately for now I don't think it will do.

I don't think the medicine is strong enough. I can say it doesn't help, but i cant say it doesn't work, it's just not very strong.

I do want to state that reaching out to them through email and through the app has been OK, but I honestly wish that they would have a actual phone line where you can speak directly with CUSTOMER SERVICE instead of AI. One thing I do question is how close the expiration date on the medication itself is to closed to expire within your treatment. That’s the only thing that I question from this company. I don’t like that the medication is very close to expire within the treatment. Other than that I’ve only been one week with the treatment. Hopefully it goes well. If everything turns out to be good I would definitely revisit my review.
