Never authorized a new prescription in over a year and never had a doctor visit and yes you charge my card and write me a new prescription after answering question the day before about how the prescription made me feel awful.

I was lead to believe that I was on the tritation compound tirzepatide plan. For the past 3 months I have been reporting that the injections have been ineffective, I haven't lost weight, I haven't experienced side effects, It feels like I've been injecting ghost water. They've decided for me to keep me on a 13.5 mg dose for 3 months and I'm thinking that it's a TRITATION UP each month. I've spent 3 months ($1,000) ASKING "support" and "doctor" to up my dose. At this point I'm begging them. And still they want to keep me at 13.5 mg and ignore my constant requests and concerns. I'm doing everything on my end like exercising, running a 5k, weight training 5 days a week, eating at a low calorie deficit. I can't seem to get effecty to work with me on this.

This company does bait and switch tactics and falsely charges the wrong amount. I am so sick of their scams and overcharging me. I will be reporting them to the BBB

Weird that I see so many five-star reviews after my experience. I placed my order 11 days ago and it's still "being processed" with no delivery date available. I asked for a refund and I was told no! No live customer service representative available and you're told they'll call back if you leave a message but they never call

Better customer service and the fact that within 24 hrs I wanted to cancel and was told that I could not as the prescription was sent to the pharmacy but I waited days for 5 days for delivery. I was forced t o accepting the medication and I will not recommend your company , 24 hours after I could not cancel
