I have been with EFFECTY for several months and must say my experience has been great. The shipping is fast and the support team is courteous with quick responses. I had a bit of an issue and Corona assisted very well to get it resolved.

Reginette helped me through what I thought would be a huge ordeal what there's no task to big because so far they made ways out of no way. My order was shipping to the wrong state and let me tell you Reginette fix that problem within a day of her seeing the problem and it had been on its way for a couple of days. I had finances issues and they worked me through that problem as well. I can't say thank you enough!

I’ve had a positive experience with Effecty overall. I’ve ordered both tirzepatide and NAD through them, and the ordering process has always been easy. One thing I really appreciate is that they don’t make me feel like just another customer. Whenever I’ve had questions about my prescription or wanted to discuss increasing my dose, they’ve been responsive, explained my options, and worked with me to find what was best for me instead of just sending a standard refill. I also like that they communicate throughout the process and keep me updated. I did have one issue with my very first tirzepatide order. UPS delivered it to the wrong house. After I contacted Effecty and provided proof, they investigated the situation and ultimately replaced my medication. The process took about two weeks, which was frustrating, but they honored the replacement instead of leaving me to deal with the issue on my own. I appreciated that they made it right. As for the medication itself, the biggest pros for me have been significant appetite suppression, feeling full much faster, reduced food noise, and steady weight loss when combined with healthy eating and exercise. The medication has been a great tool in helping me stay on track with my goals. The downsides haven’t been deal breakers, but they’re worth mentioning. During the first few weeks I experienced nausea after my injections, and as my dose increased I also noticed periods of constipation. Those side effects improved over time, but anyone considering treatment should know they can happen. Overall, I’ve been happy with my experience. No company is perfect, but I appreciate that Effecty has been willing to work with me, answer my questions, adjust my treatment plan when appropriate, and stand behind their service when an issue occurred. Based on my experience, I would recommend them.
