Great customer service and I love that my glasses came in their own individual bags. They fit perfectly and I can’t wait to style them with my outfits. Good quality frames too!

Superb service and price
Ordered and paid for my varifocal glasses on 11th April. Arrived today 22nd April. Total of £85 inc varifocal, photochromic lens. Incredible price and value. Decent case, large cleaning cloth came with. Only criticisms are - can't store my prescription on my account. Clunky website that isn't letting me enter positive values on left and right lens spheres when trying to place another order (yes I'm that impressed) today. Customer services emails don't always come signed off by a person or addressed to myself, so far. Great glasses, average website. But tbh, at £85, am I upset? No! Nearest other opticians in UK that I used last cost me £255... And take the same amount of time to have them ready! EFE Glasses are cheaper than having an old pair reglazed! Reviews on their own site seem a little dubious since despite now having an account I don't see a way to review the style I actually bought... 🤔

Dear Edward,
Thank you so much for this wonderful, detailed 5-star review and your honest, valuable feedback. A quick clarification and update:
1.Our website has recently been upgraded. You can now use the Reorder button directly in your account to quickly repurchase with your existing prescription saved.
2.Trustpilot is a third-party independent platform. You can leave a review for our brand there, but the site will never show your full private order details, item specifics or pricing .
3.You’re completely correct — we used your name in our first email, and used "Dear" in our later replies. That was just our oversight, and we apologise for that. Moving forward, we will always address you directly by your name in all messages.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. Your input helps us get better for all our customers. Please feel free to contact us anytime if you need further assistance via [email protected].
