Hello, We're sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction, but we believe some important details of your experience need to be clarified. At Educly, subscription terms, including automatic renewals, are clearly presented before completing a purchase. Customers can manage and cancel their subscriptions through our platform or by contacting our support team. However, deactivating an account and canceling an active subscription are two different actions. Assuming that one automatically accomplishes the other, without receiving confirmation of cancellation, can unfortunately lead to misunderstandings. We understand that you believed your subscription had been canceled, but an assumption does not necessarily mean the cancellation was successfully processed. Regarding your refund request, our team reviews these requests according to the refund policy accepted at the time of purchase. Not receiving the outcome you hoped for does not mean that Educly is deliberately misleading its customers. We take accusations of fraudulent practices seriously and believe it is important to distinguish between an intentional wrongdoing and a misunderstanding of how subscriptions work. Our support team remains available at [email protected] to review your case and provide any necessary clarification. Kind regards, Educly Team
