Excellent service.

I was a bit nervous at first because I saw a couple of reviews that said they got bad service or product. Most of the reviews were positive though so I took a chance (used a gift card instead of my credit card). I Was surprised on many levels. First, I paid for the 5-7 day shipping only (that's the default) and yet the product was here THE SECOND DAY AFTER I ORDERED! The quality of the medicine itself was excellent and the product worked as it was supposed to (I had run out of my local prescription so had get some additional ones to hold over until the new prescription was sent). Secondly, the product was packaged impeccably - I was expecting a little sandwich baggie with a couple of pills in it. Instead, It was a flat with the vacuum sealed sterile pill packs. At the top was my prescription signed by the doctor and with all of my info. It looked more professional than some of my locally provided meds. So it was more up-and-up than I'd been led to believe on-line purveyors were. And third, I saw complaints online about the customer service but I can say that my experience was excellent. (Of course, these folks are extremely busy so if you are hoping to get some "warm-fuzzies" when you call, you will be disappointed. You will get professional and prompt service. I usually don't write reviews - unless there is a product or service that is NOT good and others need to be warned. In this case, though, I made an exception because of the apparently false negative comments I saw on-line which mislead me and caused me to anguish over the initial purchase. I should have just gone for it (By the way, after the service on the first order I was very comfortable giving them all of my personal info and my credit card info too - no more gift card). Speaking of cards, it must be mentioned that these pills are twice as expensive here as they are locally (WalMart, Safeway, et. al.). But in matters of Viagra, extra money is not a problem if your source is out! ;-) I was happy to pay and the pills came in a USPS Priority Mail package so it was totally discrete. Bottom line? You can use this service with confidence.
