Order was held up for weeks
Order was held up for weeks to play phone tag with a doctor, when finally connected he only asked if I still used nasal steroids. That was the hold up. Ridiculous.

The Doctor neededto speak to you before he could write your perscription, he as Federal and State mandates he must follow. We had difficulty getting ahold of you, making multiple attempts and leaving voicemails. We understand that people are not picking up an unrecognized phone number, and that causes delays. We advise answering when expecting a call. If you have a better suggestion, we would love to hear it.
