The actual process is that they need to have a person speak with you about your health status claims and to accept their terms of service. This is sometimes waived for low-risk drugs/situations, but it is their default. This is not clear on their website. Furthermore it affects their shipping speed. So you can pay for overnight shipping for example, but not get it because they need to call and talk to you before they ship, but this is not explained by the shipping rates. The person I spoke to on the phone about the shipping was quite rude and claimed that their shipping service was only 50% reliable to arrive when stated. This is a bizarre way to run a business. On the other hand, the actual drugs provided and their ability to deliver by web/phone is just fine.

They do an excellent job with service, and one can feel confident about the merchandise. But the prices are unusually high.
