Cheaper price from them!!
I was so bummed when the item I ordered was unavailable. UNTIL, they found me the same item at a cheaper price and refunded me the difference! Wow! A nice surprise from an honest company! Thank you!!

I ordered a pair of very expensive…
I ordered a pair of very expensive pants for my Granddaughter right after Christmas on Jan 2nd and have not received them yet. It was a Christmas gift to replace another pair of pants that she didn’t like. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I am still waiting. A few days after I wrote this review, I noticed that this company refunded my money for this order. Thank you. I’ll now change my stars from 1 to 4 although no email or notice of any kind was sent to me. The refund was a pleasant surprise as I thought for sure I had lost my $$.

Return loop hell
Ordered an Alice and Olivia coat. Unfortunately it is too big. Impossible to get a return initiated. In an endless loop of emails that say the same thing. Afraid we will miss the return window because of the run around.

I have been emailing them over and over…
I have been emailing them over and over for tracking details it have been 4 days since I made my order and no tracking details

Problem resolved
Someone used my card without my permission during this holiday season to place an order with this company. I immediately contacted the company to let them know. They advised me to refuse the package and they would issue a refund. They provided me the tracking number. I refused the package and it was received by the merchant on 12/17. I sent them proof! Well today is 12/25 and no refund. I’m highly disappointed. ****Update: my problem has been resolved and I have received my refund. Although it took a long time they were very communicative. I feel better about doing business with them in the future****

I’m glad I found editorialist
I was afraid to order from the site, however I’m happy I found editorialist. I found my shoes for a great price, they are real (I know they are real, I took to have my shoes authenticated). I submitted the wrong email address, I emailed the company and they responded the same day, and they responded with a tracking number. My shoes were at my door in two days. I will start shipping here before Saks and Neiman Marcus. Thank you for your exceptional response and customer service.
