I was sent the wrong jacket and have been going back and forth with Editorialist trying to get it resolved for the last 2 weeks. Not only am I still not able to send back the wrong jacket, but the jacket I wanted and ordered is no longer available. There has been 0 support from Editorialist on this issue and I would not advise anyone to order from this website. They should be held accountable for their "partners" and I should not have to wait for their "partner" to refund them before I get my money back from Editorialist. I paid Editorialist $800 and trusted them with my order but apparently they are not concerned with customer experience or loyalty to cover the refund upfront.

Hi Charlotte, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with your order. I understand how disappointing it must be, and I assure you that we take full responsibility for the error and the delay. Regarding the incorrect jacket, I’ve checked the status, and it looks like the return is expected by March 24. Once we receive the returned item, we will immediately process your refund. I truly appreciate your patience as we follow our return and refund process. As for the unavailable item, I understand your frustration, and we deeply regret that the jacket you originally ordered is no longer available. Our Head of Personal Shopping has reached out via email to discuss alternative solutions, and we hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction. We value your business and trust in Editorialist, and we are committed to improving your experience. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything else we can assist with. Thank you again for your understanding. Best regards,

I tried to purchase a pair of shoes from Editorialist. They had the item listed for about $200 lower than the website they were going to source from. I assumed they might have just have their own pricing and placed the order. They sent me an email saying the item is no longer available and they never responded to my ticket regarding the items availability because I can see the item is available from the source. Editorialist also changed the price of the listing to match their source after telling me the item is not available. So I cancelled the order from Editorialist and ordered from Giglio (the source) directly. The shoes arrived today, same exact size and color. Editorialist make a mistake on their listing price and did not want to honor it so they lied about the availability of the item. They could’ve apologized for mislabeling the item and asked if I’m still interested in fulfilling the order with the correct price, which I would’ve accepted. EDIT: Editorialist reached out via email and explained that they would’ve honored the price but they were waiting for a restock from Giglio so the system automatically cancelled my order. There was no need to wait for a restock because my item was available at the time. I know because I BOUGHT it directly from Giglio after canceling my order with Editorialist.

I ordered a pair of Ralph Lauren linen navy pants that were over $1,000, and after delayed shipping, I received a notification they were sent. They finally arrived. After a week, I had time to open the box and try them, which is when I discovered they were not linen, and not navy. The only correct detail was the brand. I initiated a return on Saturday and received an automated message that I should get a return label in 24 hours or so. As of Monday morning, I had still not heard back, so I emailed them. It's now Monday afternoon, and still no contact. There is no number to call them, and I'm getting close to the end of the return window later this week. I'm writing this review in hopes someone sees this and triggers the correct process for my order. I would expect much better service for a high price item.
