Awaiting refund
I never received the item - it was returned by shipper and I am waiting for my $ to be refunded.

The 36 shoed are too small
The 36 shoed are too small, I called as soon as I got the shoes and I tried to get 36.5. As as an exchange these shoes ran small Your Custmer service was not good and would not grant my request There is no one to talk to , all corespondents Are via email only ???! There were no notes that these shoes ran small and recommended a 1/2 size larger N the website All my designer shoes are 36 and are perfect fit . I would not to buying any other items from your website as I basically lost 365 dollars First your Info a do lot of shopping and you lost a good Custmer . Not a fair place to shop.

The order was incorrect
The order was very delayed. When it arrived the pants were not as described as far as color, and the sizing was off by 4 inches. So, pretty much a fail.
