We always want our customers to feel confident when placing an order, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t start off smoothly. After carefully reviewing our records and the previous conversation with our support team, we can confirm that the items were returned to us. During the inspection process, one of the pieces was found to have staining, which is why it did not meet the return conditions for a full refund. That said, we did proceed with a 50% refund for that item, which was agreed upon at the time. Our customer support team truly did their best to handle the situation fairly and transparently, and we appreciate the communication throughout the process.
