The company was out of the product I had ordered. They let me know over the weekend which was nice. I had them check on other styles, but they were out of those as well. They refunded my money for the purchase. It was nice to get such great customer service. I will definitely shop with them again. Thank you, Jill

I ordered an item to be fulfilled through Bloomingdales, the site says it will not be charged until confirmed. They immediately confirmed order and charged my account, then sent notice - out of stock. I have yet to get the funds back in my account - 9 days later despite the customer service chat saying the refund was issues, etc. Not happy, now calling bank to reverse. I have given them the 6-9 days they say it takes to refund, even though they said it has been done. I have sent 5 emails and each time I get a bot answer and saying ticket is resolved.
