Impossible to find Chloe’s
These Chloés were sold out everywhere, but Editorialist had them in my size. They arrived at my doorstep just days later and have completely filled a gap in my wardrobe, giving me so many more outfit options. A seamless experience from start to finish!

Hi Bree, we're thrilled we could help you find your Chloés in your size and that they arrived so quickly. Enjoy your new addition, and we look forward to shopping with you again!

No Place for Product Review Available
I’d like to be able to have seen more accurate sizing information prior to my order. I ordered a women’s medium shorts which appears to actually be a kids medium, and there was no place to leave feedback on the product itself.
Response from EditorialistJul 18, 2026
Hi Charley, we’re sorry to hear the sizing information wasn’t as accurate as expected. Your comments are valuable, and we’ll share them with our team as we continue to improve the shopping experience. We truly appreciate your support and hope to serve you again soon.

Very happy customer!
I am SO happy with my first Editorialist purchase! Great/expedient/friendly customer service (thanks Jovelle!), very quick shipping and, of course, I am thrilled with the deal I got on my beautiful new Oseree swimsuit.

Returns are horrible
I did not love the shirt I ordered, it was not on sale but it would have cost me $115 (50% of the value) to return. Will never use the site again
