I was looking for a dress for my daughter's wedding. I found one on this site. The customer service department is amazing. They could not find it in my size. They gave me several options to pick - cancel order - give them more time to locate it restock - or pay the designer cost which was 200 more than their price. I decided to cancel the order because the dress style was not a good fit for me. FABULOUS Company. They became my personal shoppers!! Jovelle was my customer service person and she was very attentive, professional and responsive to my questions and concerns!!
