Ordered some shoes on my birthday, July 8. My order has been sitting at “order confirmed” for 4 days. No update towards delays, no tracking number or anything. Extremely frustrating even after reaching out to customer service I still got no response.
Response from EditorialistJul 12, 2026

We’d like to look into this for you, but we’re unable to locate your order on our end. Could you please share your order number or email us at [email protected] so we can assist you further? Thank you, and we look forward to resolving this for you.

My order came in pretty fast, I strongly enjoyed the fact that they had it scent through ups to prevent package theft. An amazing experience will shop again!

Dana
I ordered shoes through them and needed to exchange sizes within the hour of ordering. After a month of not getting anywhere with them and refusal for a refund, I decided to order through Kicks Crew and it went smoothly. Avoid Editorial. Order from Kicks Crew.
Response from EditorialistJul 11, 2026
Hi Dana! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have been. Upon review, we can confirm that we promptly requested a size modification on your behalf after receiving your request. However, our partner merchant was unfortunately unable to accommodate the change, as modifications are not permitted once an order has already been processed. Based on our ongoing correspondence, your refund is currently being processed following confirmation of the cancellation request by our partner merchant. We will continue to monitor the progress closely and provide updates as soon as they become available. We value your feedback and will continue working to improve our customers’ experience.
