Looking for discontinued Crocs and found exactly what I needed on this site. Customer service was kind and understanding and was able to work with me on my order. I will definitely shop this website again just because of this service. Shout out to Pearl!!

STOP
Who are you? Are you buying list of People's email addresses ? What right do you and many many others have to drown me with emails every day? Yes we the consumers have had enough !
Response from EditorialistAug 10, 2026
Hi Wayne! We’re sorry for the frustration these messages caused. We want to assure you that Editorialist does not purchase email addresses or mailing lists. The messages were sent to the email associated with a recent Editorialist order that was delivered on August 3, as a follow-up on how the item was received. We understand that these messages were unwelcome and can confirm that no further reminders related to this order will be sent. We have also shared your feedback with our internal team for review.

I ordered a B+AB blue
I ordered a B+AB blue, hoodie top. Order Number 49362700. The picture on my computer screen still is correct. What arrived was a Mini Cream, 2 piece, blue and white top. I never return items that I purchase as it involves a great deal of time. I am just so disappointed that this happened as it has never happened before at any store. I am sure that you can check your records to see what was purchased and what was sent. Thank you.

Hi Sharon, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Upon carefully reviewing your order, we can confirm that the item shipped was the Hooded Long-Sleeve Top by B+ab, which matches the item included in your order. We also sent an order confirmation to your email that included a photo of the item you would be receiving. That said, we absolutely want to understand your concern and ensure you have the opportunity to discuss it with us. One of our team members has already reached out to you regarding the possible solutions, and we sincerely hope you’ll respond to their message so we can work together toward the best possible resolution. We’re truly sorry for any disappointment this situation may have caused. We look forward to hearing from you.

Never received my order
Never received my order. Was supposed to be delivered within 1-2 weeks but never even shipped or updated tracking. Reached out via email with no response. Attempted to call customer service number and was met with a Google assistant and my call was declined. Other times it was a non sensical recording ("we will transfer you to the customer" what??) Then silence. Scammy and will be disputing the charges through my bank. Disappointing since I read reviews on here before purchase. Edit: They reached out quickly following the review and the shoes are here.
