I recently purchased a diffuser and an essential oil from Edens Gardens. At checkout, the discount code they had provided to me was not applied, even though I expected it to be honored based on their communication. At check out it was deducted but after shipping said products were full price. I also ordered two additional bottles of oil, and in my opinion, both products seemed off and possibly rancid based on the smell and appearance. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable using them. Overall, I personally felt mislead by the pricing/discount process and very dissatisfied with the quality of their oils, I received. I will not be ordering from Eden Gardens again and would recommend that others double-check any discounts and review their products carefully upon arrival.

I placed an order on November 17 and it is still in transit to the next destination on December 4. I spent quite a bit and when I contacted them they said they couldn’t do anything about it once they put it in the mail. Very disappointed because I love their oils.

Eden's gardent said that they delivered. They did not, and the Post Office notifications I get on my phone never recorded the delivery. I am out $80 and the company will not make it right. Customer service just keep telling me to wait a few more days....ie "go away." Ordering from another vendor in future.

Their perfumes smell so horribly strong and nothing at all like described! They actually made me feel ill and I had to wash it off using mouthwash because soap and water didn't remove the stench. And they removed my negative review on their website. Totally shady! Explains why they only have 5 star reviews.
