We want a refund...Did nothing for us. We are not trying to negative about the product...it simply did not work or better yet did not live up to the expectations advertised. While it might have worked well for others it truly did not satisfy...

Hi Annette, thanks for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with the results. We’re happy to help you understand your options. First, we would recommend trying a different size. If Eddie isn’t sized correctly, it won’t provide the full benefits. Eddie isn’t one-size-fits-all; if it was, it wouldn’t work. It’s normal for some customers to try multiple sizes to confirm their perfect fit. If you prefer, you can take advantage of the money-back guarantee. Also, if you haven’t yet, we highly recommend checking out the ED Guide video series, which tackles the mental and emotional aspects of ED and has tips and information for properly using and getting the most out of Eddie. Please check your email - our team has reached out to better assist you. We look forward to improving your experience.

It Works! What else can I say. I’ve been using E.D. Meds for about 15 years or so since being on Meds for blood pressure. Sometimes they work and sometimes they don’t. I was very skeptical of purchasing Eddie because of the cost, but after weighing how much I’ve spent on meds I figured why not. Don’t regret the purchase. Now enjoying sex with my wife 2 to 3 times a week!

I have received zero results from the device. Bummer. Very expensive item to get nothing from it.

It just doesn't fit right. And the size and thickness has made it very difficult to use.

The device was surprisingly effective. At my age (78), I was not expecting a miracle, but so far I am pleasantly impressed. Although I’ve had the device for only a month, the main benefits I have seen are renewed confidence and less reliance on the “little blue pill.”
