Hi Mark, we sent you an email regarding your order. If your Eddie is too large or loose-fitting, it won’t work to its full potential. However, we have a Size Insurance Guarantee, which means you can resize your device for free. We highly recommend utilizing this guarantee to get a different size Eddie first, so you can experience the full effect before making a decision.
