Horrendous. I had to pay to understand whether they'd be able to fit my needs. As much information as they have available, they give you just enough to make you think they can do it, only to realise they can't. E.g. Appointment booking. You can have a date picker on your product, HOWEVER there is no option to make yourself unavailable. As a baker, this is crucial to my business needs. I paid £42 for a month subscription, cancelled within 2hrs as I know I don't want another month, and they have revoked all business access. So I essentially paid £42.00 for 2hrs of access. Horrific way to treat people and a sure fire way to ensure they never ever return

I have to say it was easy to create a website and it was very nice and attractive after I was all done with it. It connected to Facebook and Instagram and did lots of advertising on Facebook and Instagram these past three months it looked like everything was going to be OK but that was three months ago and I haven’t received one order yet!!! I don’t really know what’s going on. I also have an Etsy account and I receive orders quite often from Etsy but this is doing me no good and I’m about to delete it can someone please help me here!!!!

Test the page speed of ANY website using ecwid. Any website you'll try is SUPER slow. Ecwid will not stand up against scrutiny, so stay away from this online shop. Rather use Woocommerce.

I have read so much about Ecwid. I think is a great E-commerce Company except for one little reservation, that is their customer response service which is not as good as their Shopify competitor who not only have a 24/7 online chat service but so as fast in email responses. You get your reply within 24 hrs. We all understand the current coronavirus climate that prevails but hiding behind that for all times is no acceptable excuse. All you get with Ecwid when you sent them a ticket or email is an automated standard reply telling you they will get back to you although you can expect a longer than usual delay in reply due to the Covid-19. That’s it. They go on sending you promotional emails without bothering to reply and address your enquiry! They need to change behaviour for their own business good!!

Exaggerate of expensive, advertising as "free with no fees monthly"after you subscribe there is to pay for everything,nothing is free,nothing affordable.I won't recommend

If you are a bit serious you want to track and set up conversions e.t.c. correctly. They don't allow you to install Google Tag Manager and their Google Analytics is out of date, it's Google universal and not Global site tag.
