Hello, This is Ecwid by Lightspeed team. So sorry for this experience! You're referring to the account with Store ID: 82701923, aren't you? If so, although it is already deleted, you should have received a partial refund of 495 USD as our team decided to issue it as an exception since according to Ecwid Terms of Service: https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ subscription charges are indeed non-refundable. This means that normally we do not provide refunds for the subscription to premium plans. As for the escalated case, the agent, who was working on it, was waiting for a reply from a third-party team before emailing you. Anyway, we apologise for the waiting time! By the way, the case is still open as we're waiting for a response from the payment gateway team. Generally, Ecwid is an embeddable solution, so you can choose a platform/site builder that fits your business needs, add your Ecwid store there with a plugin or integration code and start selling. It's not necessary to use Wix as your site platform to sell on Ecwid. We have plugins for WordPress, Joomla, Weebly, RapidWeaver, Drupal. Besides, you can add your store to your custom website with an integration code. Moreover, you can use our Instant site (the website page with your store created when you sign up for Ecwid) as a full-value sales channel. To manage your Instant site, go to the Ecwid Admin – Overview, scroll down to the Sell on Instant Site section, and click Manage Instant site. Ecwid by Lightspeed is an ecommerce platform where you can build an online store: add products, accept payments by credit and debit cards or cash, and shipping and start selling online. We offer the Free plan that allows adding up to ten products and paid plans with higher product limits and features like discounts, inventory tracking, and selling subscriptions. We don't accept any money for investments and don't offer any missions to complete. We're actively looking for scam websites impersonating Ecwid and taking all the necessary actions to close them.
