Ecwid really goes the extra mile to satisfy its clients. Their chat team is top notch. They answer questions quickly, direct you to helpful related topics and they will even write code for you. The ecwid widget is easy to use yet very comprehensive. It also has several integration partners like printful for example that work great together. I highly recommend using Ecwid for your online store!

Ecwid is awesome
Ecwid is awesome! Setup of my website seemed challenging at first but it was super easy! Staff is friendly, and encouraging! Glad I gave them a shot!

Love Ecwid - easy to set up, easy to use
Our organization has used Ecwid for our store for a year and we love it--such a vast improvement over our previous store hosted on GoDaddy. We got Ecwid up and running in a few hours, and our customers have found the user interface very easy to use. Highly recommended.

The technical team is first rate and…
The technical team is first rate and really helped me with designing my site.Their follow-up is really good too. I have a WordPress site and the store flows seamlessly from the WordPress site. The only downside I see with the product is I wish they had more applications for free/or paid that integrate with their websites. I don't have an API developer and it is expensive for Ecwid to create the integrations for you. So check their applications before signing up to make sure you are okay what they offer.

Really great addition for us
The app is super handy & easy to navigate. Wix didn’t have Canada Post integration so we had to look for other options & Ecwid does exactly what we need for Tofino Woodshop. I’ve had to use their chat help & they’re pretty speedy & answering. Overall I really don’t have any complaints, they do what we need done.
